Unicorn Magic

I have another challenge post for you guys! It's unicorn magic day! AND it's my best friend Bleu "6th" birthday!  I hope you won't be mad that everything we got you has happy 6th birthday on it.  Haha, gotta love leap day babies! He's actually turning 24 today, but that hasn't stopped me from buying him a coloring book and some legos. Happy Birthday Cowboy!

So, anyways! Nothing screams magic and unicorn to me like a holo glitter, so that's exactly what I did.

Color Club Sugar Plum Fairy. I took that on top of the Hancock building hence why I used my phone as something to hold.
Blurry Holo-ness :)

And only my favorite city in the world! I took that on top of the Hancock during my History of Chicago field trip today. If you ever have a chance to come to Chicago and want to see a bird's eye view, go to the Hancock Building, not the Sears(Willis) Tower, it's so much better up on the Hancock and A LOT less touristy there too.

Twin Mani Pedi- Essie Sexy Divide and Confetti Tazmanian Devil

For anyone who doesn't know, I have the most AMAZING twin brother ever. He's my best friend, the smartest, kindest, funniest guy I've ever known, and he happily lets me give him pedicures.  That's a real man right there. It started as a way for him to get a foot massage, but now he has started asking just to get his polish changed, so he must love it right? Most of the time he'll let me chose the polish, but sometimes he'll know what he wants before we start.
I didn't do a complete pedi this time just a quick polish change, and both of our cuticles are looking a bit rough.
I used Essie Sexy Divide and then topped it with Confetti Tazmanian Devil.

Before Clean Up
I love how this glitter has all different sizes of glitter, I especially love the teeny tiny shimmer glitter particles that are different colors.  This in my opinion is a way better version of OPI Rainbow Connection, just because of those tiny glitter pieces.

Purple Crumpet Fairy Challenge- Pink Polka Dots

Hi! I've missed you guys! I tore the RCL ligament in my right hand (my dominant)  and trying to paint my nails has been interesting... as in I lost all ability to keep it looking clean and neat and I was way to embarrassed to show any of you what that looks like.
I haven't been able to keep up with the challenges because of that, and add wrestling state sectionals on top of it all it's been super crazy and I feel awful I haven't been involved :(

But, there's my challenge for ya! I CAN NOT believe how much I actually LOVE the color pink on my nails. I couldn't stand it for a while and now I'm simply drawn to it! The polka dots are a hot mess and I'm sorry about that best I could do for now. :/

I used Confetti First Kiss as my base and as the middle of the larger dots with Color Club Raspberry Rush as the outside of the bigger dots (does that even make sense?)  The little peach dots are China Glaze Sunset Sail and the even tinier dots are China Glaze Ahoy!

Studio M- Purple Medallion

This counts as a Valentine's color right? Cause it's flippin GORGEOUS.

I would definitely call this a grape juiceish type of purple...maybe a dark red wine color? The pink and holo glitter make it spectacular. I used two coats, although next time I think I'll use 3.
I added Zoya Tess and Lisa to my tips to cover up some tip wear after a day.

Another Glitter Gradient?

I'm OBSESSED with glitter gradients! This time I used a polish I got in my Secret Cupid gift, Stranger Tides and Glow Up Already! I have a little bit of tip wear and some chips because no matter what glitters never wear well on me, but I still love them!

I think I've fallen in love with all of the burlesque glitters that I own but rarely wear.  Look at all those pretty colors!
